I came home from work today and you were not here. The day before I had to send you to heaven, because Jesus needed a dog. You were a great friend and companion and confidant. You were always there when I needed you, and I hope I was there when you needed me. You led me to Lori and I will be forever grateful to you for that. You turned her into a DOG person, and you were her HANDSOME BOY.
I know you and Loretta are romping and playing again together. I will miss our walks together, "Are you ready?" howls, Yessir yessireee!, Jowl to jowl time, Gator!, Du Fiend, Brudder, breakfast together in mornings and afternoon snacks in my office, you laying on my side of bed, "C'mon Ol' man, bed time!" Lucas Mccain.
You were a great dog. Our home is lonely without you. Thanks for our time rolling in the grass together and just chilling. You picked us and we were blessed to have you for almost 11 years.
Be at rest, my dear friend
My world is a little lonely without you,
But heaven has a Hound!
