My Soulmate Ruckus

There is not a day that goes by that I do not think of you. Since the day you got your wings, my life changed from that very second.

Your beds and your toys are pretty much where you left them. I cannot bear to make any more changes than I have, other than to put away your feeding and water bowls and neatly pack them away in your plastic storage container.

Even though you are not here in the physical realm, I still feel you near. In your name and memory I am donating one of your beds to a senior dog that is in need of a comfortable place to lay, like for when I got you the bed when you could no longer be comfortable.

I hope one day I will be able to adopt another furbaby, but NOT to replace you but to share the home and the love I gave you to another that could benefit from it, they way you did with me, or is it the other way around?

You, my dear Ruckus, are one of a kind. There are really no words to describe you, short of being a miracle in my life.

One day, when it's my time, I will look for you and hope you and Boo Kitty will greet me at the foot of the Rainbow Bridge. So once again, we can be the family we once were.

I love you, my dear boy. Forever and a day. Eternally yours.
