Mommy's Legend Girl

My sweet Legend girl left this world for heaven on August 25, 2012 after it became sadly apparent that she was in much pain and the doctor confirmed a hard mass tumor in her abdomen.

I prepared her the best I could, gently loving on her and telling her how much we all loved her. One by one, I would name every person who had ever met her and spent time with her and she would look at me each time.

She was so smart, a true legend, and we were so blessed that she chose us as her family, protected us and watched over us for 12 years.

My heart is so heavy. You were the only constant in my life all these years, through the good and bad times. I never worried about Joey with you by his side. My sweet Legend girl, mommy and Joey miss you so much, but we know you are in the arms of Jesus and happy and at peace in heaven.
