Precious, feisty Bella guarded our front door from everyone night and day. She worshiped with great passion our daughter-in-law and son. This little chihuahua worked harder than every member of the family, always alert, bright eyes, listening when people spent time chatting with her.

Ever watchful for a stray attempt to pet her, she kept her heart only for her "mommy and daddy" humans. If anyone left the room when our son was talking to us, she would herd us back to the royal presence!

Never have I experienced such passion. She eventually wagged her tail when we "chatted," and I grew to love her as things settled down.

But after nearly 10 years of passionate living, her little heart, stronger than most, finally gave out, as her "mommy" carried her everywhere with her for the last month of her existence on earth.

That much love and passion is ever acknowledged from above as she chases around the heavens.
