Hugo My Boy
My Dear Hugo,
I did what I thought was the best for you. You had a mass tumor in your mouth, which had gone into the bone of your jaw. They put you to sleep and cut away the mass.
I told the vet not to wake you up, my boy. You would have been in pain and you would have got worse.
I miss you so much, and will never forget you, the love you gave us both, and your friendship. I am lost without you, baby, but I have to be strong. You are with us both in your garden, where you belong.
Rest in peace, Hugo. One day we will be together.
Love in life and in death. x
