You brought so much joy and companionship into our lives for 14 wonderful years. You were everything we wanted in a dog, full of life and fun, patient, obedient, faithful and loveable. You were loved and liked by so many people, family, friends and neighbours. You were indeed 'Man's best friend'.

You did us proud when you won the picture competition for 'Wonder Doggie'. What a day it was to see your picture in the magazine. We showed it off to everyone.

You loved the outdoors, sunny days on the beach and long walks up the hills. Uig was your favourite place, trips in the caravan, paddling in the sea, chasing sheep and rabbits, and hiding your sausages in the sand.

Then you got old and ill, but still determined to follow us wherever we went. You fought till the end and peacefully slipped away at home.

We miss you, Hamish, so empty without you. Xxxx
